Qian Yang Metals & Machinery Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production of abrasive material. We have two factories in China:
1. Fused Alumina Zirconia (AZF25 and AZS25)
2. Brown Fused alumina (A), both for ceramic and resin-bonded wheels (made in tilting furnaces).
AZF25 and AZS25 are an electro-fused alumina-zirconia grain, produced by fusing alumina and zirconia raw materials in electric arc furnaces.
AZF25（sharp grain）and AZS25 (blocky grain) are a superior wear-resistant and anti-friable grain that consists of fine primary corundum and an alumina-zirconia eutectic crystalline structure. It is suited for heavy duty grinding, rough grinding and cut-off wheels.
